Last updated: May 27, 2025
By using ovenunderground.com and purchasing a subscription or digital product, you agree to these Terms of Use.
What we provide
Oven Underground offers digital baking education, including the Copenhagen Bun Masterclass — an online baking masterclass with video lessons, written recipes, baking notes, downloadable materials, and access to comments under lessons. The Copenhagen Bun Masterclass is designed to help you make Copenhagen-style buns at home using one base dough system, a sourdough version, and different fillings.
Access
After payment, you will receive access to the masterclass on this website. Access is valid for one month from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise at checkout. If your subscription renews, access continues for the next paid period. If you cancel or do not renew, access will end at the end of your current paid period. One week before your access expires or renews, you may receive a reminder by email. After your access ends, you may lose access to the videos, recipes, comments and course materials.
Payment
The price of the product or subscription is shown at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe and/or PayPal. We do not store your full card or payment details. By purchasing, you agree to provide accurate billing information and to pay the price shown at checkout.
Subscription and cancellation
If the product is sold as a monthly subscription, you can cancel at any time before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future charges. It does not automatically refund the current paid period. After cancellation, you will keep access until the end of your current paid access period. If the product is sold as a one-time digital purchase, there are no recurring charges and no subscription to cancel.
Refunds and right of withdrawal
The Copenhagen Bun Masterclass is a digital product with immediate access to course materials. If you are in the EU/EEA/UK, you may have a legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days. However, this right may be lost once digital content starts being delivered, if you gave express consent to immediate access and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal.
At checkout, you may be asked to confirm: “I agree to receive immediate access to the digital content and understand that I lose my right of withdrawal once access begins.”
Once access to the digital content has started, payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. If you have a problem with your purchase or access, please contact us first at: hello@ovenunderground.com
Guarantees
The masterclass shares techniques, recipes and guidance based on my experience. Baking results can vary depending on your ingredients, flour, yeast, oven, equipment, room temperature, technique and experience. I cannot guarantee that your buns will look exactly like mine if you you're not following the instructions. I'm sure you'll succeed if you follow the instructions carefully. The goal of the masterclass is to help you understand the dough, follow the process with more confidence, and give yourself the best chance of getting a good result.
