These Terms apply when you use ovenunderground.com or purchase a course or other digital product from Oven Underground.

Oven Underground is operated by Kseniia Mishchenko, a sole proprietor registered in Portugal, NIF 314304746.

By purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.

Copenhagen Bread & Pastry Workshop

The Copenhagen Bread & Pastry Workshop is an online baking course.

The course includes:

  • step-by-step pre-recorded video lessons;

  • recipes for Cardamom Buns and BMO Sourdough Morning Buns;

  • additional bun variations, including cinnamon, blueberry and vanilla;

  • written instructions and additional course materials;

  • visual examples of dough stages, common mistakes and warning signs;

  • personal support while you are working through the course;

  • access to live online classes.

Some parts of the course may be added gradually. If you purchase the course before all announced lessons are published, you will automatically get access to them when they are added.

Live classes and support

Live classes are included in the course price.

Depending on the lesson and availability, there may be several live sessions covering different parts of the baking process. You can join the sessions that are useful to you.

Live classes may be individual or held in small groups of up to 5 students.

Classes must be booked in advance and available dates and times may vary.

You can also contact me for help while you are working through the course. You do not have to use this support immediately after purchasing. You can use it when you actually decide to start baking and working through the lessons.

Price and payment

The price you pay is the price shown at checkout.

Payments may be processed through Stripe or PayPal. These services handle your payment information. Oven Underground does not store your full card details.

The Copenhagen Bread & Pastry Workshop is currently sold as a one-time purchase, not a subscription. There are no automatic recurring course charges unless this is clearly stated before you purchase another product.

Access to the course

Your purchase includes unlimited lifetime access to the course. There is no monthly access period and you do not need to renew your purchase.

You can return to the lessons whenever you want while the course is available through the Oven Underground platform.

If I ever stop using the current website or course platform, I will make reasonable efforts to provide you with another practical way to access the course materials you purchased.

You will need an account to access the course platform. Please keep your login details private.

Cancellations and refunds

Consumers in the EU normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.

For digital content that is made available immediately, this right can be lost once access begins if you have expressly agreed to receive the digital content immediately and acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal.

Where this applies, you will be asked to give this consent as part of the purchase process.

Once access to the digital content has started under these conditions, the purchase is non-refundable, except where a refund or another remedy is required by applicable consumer law.

If there is a problem with your purchase or you cannot access something you paid for, please contact me first at ovenunderground@gmail.com and I will try to resolve it.

Baking results

The course teaches the methods, recipes and techniques I use in my own baking.

Your results can vary because flour, yeast, ingredients, room temperature, equipment, ovens and other conditions are different in every kitchen.

Please follow the instructions carefully, especially the visual dough cues and warning signs included in the course.

The purpose of the course is not only to give you recipes, but to help you understand what is happening with your dough so you can make better decisions while baking.

Your responsibility

Please use normal kitchen and food-safety precautions while following the course.

You are responsible for measuring your ingredients correctly, checking allergens, using kitchen equipment safely and deciding whether a recipe is suitable for your dietary needs.

Recipes may contain common allergens including gluten, dairy and eggs.

If you substitute ingredients or change the method, your result may be different from the result shown in the course.

Course materials and copyright

The videos, recipes, written lessons, PDFs, photographs, downloads and other original course materials belong to Oven Underground and are protected by copyright.

Your purchase gives you access to these materials for your own learning.

Please do not:

  • share your course account or login with other people;

  • copy or redistribute course videos, recipes or other materials;

  • post course materials on Reddit, social media, websites, groups, chats or file-sharing platforms;

  • give the materials to someone who has not purchased access;

  • resell the course or its materials;

  • use my course materials to create your own course, guide or other educational product;

  • present my original course content as your own.

You may, of course, use what you learn to bake for yourself, your family and other people.

Using the website and course platform

Please do not try to bypass paid access, interfere with the website, misuse another person's account, spam course areas or use the platform in a way that harms other students.

If someone seriously violates these Terms or deliberately distributes paid course materials, I may suspend or remove their access.

Technical problems

I do my best to keep the website and course available, but occasional technical problems can happen.

The website also relies on third-party services for things such as hosting, payments, video delivery, email and booking.

Privacy

Information about how your personal data is collected and used is explained in the Privacy Policy available on this website.

Changes to the course or these Terms

I may improve, update or reorganize the course over time. This can include adding lessons, replacing videos, updating recipes or changing the platform used to deliver the course.

I may also update these Terms when necessary.

Changes will not remove the consumer rights you have under applicable law.

Governing law

Oven Underground is operated by a sole proprietor registered in Portugal, so these Terms are governed by Portuguese law.

If you are a consumer in another EU country, you may also have mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country of residence.
